Class Types
Agile Pilates offers Private and Studio Classes in our boutique studio just off St Kilda Rd.
Studio Pilates (1:3)
A 1 hour session (3 max) in which clients perform exercises based on personalised programs using all of our equipment.
Private Sessions (1:1)
A 1 hour one on one pilates session.
Pre and Post Natal Pilates
Pilates is an excellent exercise choice for pre and post natal women. It keeps the mind and body in great shape during the pre natal stage and helps to get muscles back quickly during the post natal phase.
Your First Session
As an introduction to Pilates, clients are required to attend an Initial Private Assessment.
During this session, we will review your health profile and biomechanics, and discuss your goals. The assessment includes an examination of your posture and range of motion. You will learn about the principles of the Pilates Method and perform various exercises.
