About us


Santina and Belinda have worked in the health and wellness industry since 2000. They are both Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) qualified instructors and APMA Level 2 members.
The Pilates Method has had a major impact on Santina and Belinda's lives. They used to participate in mat classes and began to realise how much the Method embraced the mind and body. This awareness inspired them to pursue teacher training through the APMA.
They are passionate about the philosophy and benefits of Pilates and want to share their passion of the Method with as many people as possible.
