Agile Pilates offers Private and Studio Classes by Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) qualified instructors in our boutique studio just off St Kilda Rd. We are also members of the APMA.
Our business name reflects our philosophy and represents balance, harmony and tranquility between mind and body.
We provide individualised exercise programs for our clients and can cater for any age, fitness level and ability. Our studio is also fully equipped with a trapeze table, reformer beds, wunda chair, step barrel and pilates props.
